An afternoon of films is slated for the Play It Cool Jazz Weekend that is part of the Chicago Winter Delights series. Highlights include the premiere of “City of the Winds,” a Chicago jazz documentary by French filmmaker Gilles Corre as well as rare clips and feature-length jazz films from the collection of Bob Koester, owner of Delmark Records and the Jazz Record Mart.
