Sharon Osbourne, matriarch of MTV’s pop-culture reality phenomenon “The Osbournes,” says the second season will be her family’s last. “We can’t do it anymore … another 10 shows and I’m out,” Osbourne tells Barbara Walters on a special edition of ABC’s “20/20” (9 p.m. Wednesday, WLS-Ch. 7).
Osbourne also says in her first interview since announcing this summer she has colon cancer: “I think if we were to do it over again, we wouldn’t have done the show. It’s changed us all so much.”
The family, including rock star father Ozzy, son Jack and daughter Kelly, is signed to do 20 episodes for their second season on MTV, the first scheduled to air Nov. 26. “The Osbournes,” which won an Emmy Award for best reality series, averaged 6 million viewers a week.
