And the busiest teenager in Hollywood is . . . Kyla Pratt.

The actress, who turns 15 on Sunday, stars not only in UPN’s new hit sitcom “One on One” but also on “The Proud Family,” an animated Disney Channel series that will debut Sept. 21. It features Pratt as the voice of the main character, Penny Proud.

“I’m so excited,” says Pratt, whose credits include the “Dr. Dolittle” movies and guest spots on “Friends” and “The Hughleys.”

” ‘The Proud Family’ is about a real family, about a teenage girl whose parents are always on her,” Pratt says. “Sometimes one parent is like, ‘OK, you can do this,’ and the other is like, ‘Oh no, you can’t!’ Penny’s sweet, but she knows when to get sassy. She’s not a party girl or dorky. She’s right in the middle. Penny goes through a lot of situations I’ve gone through, that most teenagers have gone through. So anyone watching can relate to the show.”

“One on One” casts Pratt as Breanna, a young woman who lives with her single dad (Flex Alexander). “What I like most is that everyone on the set is like family,” Pratt says. “We’re really close. Flex is like a big kid, so every day is so much fun. He’s just a good inspiration.”

Juggling two shows can be tough, Pratt admits. If she’s not rehearsing or taping “One on One,” she’s recording dialogue for “The Proud Family.” For her schooling, she works with an on-set tutor. Pratt insists that she enjoys life away from her jobs.

“I always have time, either on the weekend or during the day when I’m not working,” she says. “I still go to football games. I still hang out with friends from my old school. So I’ve friends from the acting business and regular friends.”
