One hundred young visitors to the DuPage County Fair will have a chance to find out first-hand where milk comes from.
The fair, scheduled for July 25-29 at the DuPage County Fair Grounds, will feature a new dairy farm exhibit that includes a calf-birthing and milking center with a small herd of Holsteins. Twenty children younger than 12 will be chosen by drawing each day and given the opportunity to try their hand at milking a cow.
