AIDS is sweeping the islands of the Caribbean. The disease is spreading at such an alarming rate, that it ranks second to sub-Saharan Africa in the percentage of adults infected. The spread of AIDS in the Caribbean raises questions about poverty, equality, politics and economics. As a whole, it represents a human disaster we cannot ignore.
