The summer street fest season may seem ages away during these gray days but the Chicago Historical Society will try to bring that vibe indoors Saturday with its Neighborhood Indoor Street Festival. The all-day event will feature the multi-era dance stylings of the Hubbard Street 2 dancers, as well as the the African-Caribbean-Indian tunes of Funkadesi, a Street-Level Youth Media interview about Chicago neighborhoods with Studs Turkel and a silent 1930s film about Halsted Street. The fest begins at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Chicago Historical Society, 1601 N. Clark St. $5. 312-642-6400.
