Wheelchair basketball teams from Illinois, Indiana and Michigan will compete in the Northeast DuPage Special Recreation Association’s 7th annual Junior Wheelchair Bulls Tournament, to be held Feb. 17 in the NEDSRA gym at 1770 W. Centennial Pl. Teams are made up of athletes aged 6 to 21 with disabilities or special needs.
