Sophomore Andre White, Zion-Benton’s only returning starter this season, has been ruled eligible by the Illinois High School Association.

White, who led Zion-Benton with a 12-point average last season, will join his team Friday at Round Lake. The Zee-Bees started the season 7-1 without him.

“Andre is a very solid player,” Kloth said. “We think our team will improve with him on the floor.”
