The American Opera Group, which is partnering with the Norris Theatre to present traditional opera in the St. Charles arts center during the 2000-2001 season, has revised its schedule of productions.

The opera company had planned to present “Amahl and the Night Visitors” Dec. 15 and 17 but has decided to stage “Die Fledermaus” instead on those dates, according to a Norris spokeswoman.

The opera troupe, which has performed in Chicago and Woodstock, also plans to present “Madame Butterfly” on Oct. 7 and 8 and “Rigoletto” on May 4 and 6 in the Norris.
