What do these “Eves” plan to do on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve?
Ray Fallon, president of Eve Recruiters Ltd.: “I’m not quite sure. I’m going to a party in the building I live at downtown for New Year’s Eve, in Marina City.” Christmas Eve? “Not sure. May go to midnight mass.”
Midnight Suttles, manager at Eve’s Tire: “My plans? I got no plans. You know the reason why? We can’t plan ahead. Anything could happen. I used to have a bad habit of making plans about this or plans about that but I’m wrong. So I don’t make plans.”
Unidentified woman at Eve and Vic Cleaning Services (after hanging up three times): “I’m not interested in talking to you.”
