The new children’s film “One Small Hero” will be screened Dec. 5 at the Norris Theatre in St. Charles to raise money for local charities. Show time is 4 p.m.
The full-length film, directed by former Oak Brook resident Jennifer Marchese, features former St. Charles resident Kirstin Carlstrand and Schaumburg resident Nathan Kiley.
Admission to the screening is free, but donations will be accepted to benefit Kiwanis of St. Charles and Unconditional Love, a group that finds homes for animals.
Both groups often work with children.
