This year’s Battle of the Brains should provide many moments of “Jeopardy!”-level tension, as smart people from the University of Chicago, the University of Illinois-Chicago and the Illinois Institute of Technology compete to answer intellectual questions. The winning team of the “war on the 94th floor” — at the Hancock Observatory, 875 N. Michigan Ave. — gets to call itself “smartest in the city.” The tournament begins at 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
