A 4 p.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday marks the grand reopening of the Ugly Duckling gift store at 1 Illinois St. in St. Charles by its new owner, artist and resident Pam Schramm.
The 2,000-square-foot store will feature Schramm’s hand-painted items, including accent furniture. It also will include an in-house color printing system offering printing services for invitations and announcements.
