His Textures of Home for illy, the Italian coffee company, features olive leaves, gravel, coffee beans, bay leaves, grass and chili peppers. The set, boxed with a can of illy coffee, costs $85 at Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale’s stores. (illy will donate a portion of the proceeds to Coppola’s favorite charity, North Beach Citizens, a San Francisco-based program that aids the homeless.)
