Stevenson 84, Antioch 27: No. 12 Stevenson had no trouble rebounding from Friday’s overtime loss to Buffalo Grove. The Patriots (19-3, 10-0) stayed unbeaten in the North Suburban as Jenni Dant scored a career-high 18 points in 2 1/2 quarters. Antioch is 7-13, 2-7.

Buffalo Grove 57, Prospect 55: No. 13 Buffalo Grove (16-5, 6-0) scored the first four points of the fourth quarter to take its biggest lead at 52-38 before Prospect ran off 10 straight points, including seven by Alanna Rainville (12 points). The rally fell short as Prospect missed its last shot attempt with 5 seconds left in the Mid-Suburban East game.

Christy Compobasso scored 15 on three-pointers for Buffalo Grove. Prospect (10-10, 3-3) got 19 points and 11 rebounds from Casey Buckstaff.

Conant 57, Schaumburg 44: Jennifer Pettyjohn’s 22 points carried Conant (14-8, 3-3) in the Mid-Suburban West. Kristin Stewart scored 17 for Schaumburg, which is 2-4 in the division.

Hersey 73, Elk Grove 47: Kara Baysinger (22 points) and Nicolette McCartny (20 points) paced Hersey (18-3, 5-1 Mid-Suburban East). Elk Grove is 5-17, 0-6.

Maine West 38, Glenbrook South 27: Maine West (14-5) shut out Glenbrook South 14-0 in the second quarter for the non-conference victory. Julie Just scored 11 and Lynn Gorny 10 for the Warriors. Kristina Fugate had 11 for Glenbrook South (8-15).

Warren 39, Mundelein 13: Warren (18-5, 6-3) used balanced scoring to dominate the North Suburban game. Becky Moo scored 13 and Tiffany Kelver 12 for the Blue Devils.
