OMNI OFFICIAL NEW HEAD OF YOUTH AGENCY’S BOARD

Thomas G. Southall is the new president of the board of directors of OMNI Youth Services, a not-for-profit agency in northwest Cook and south central Lake Counties.

Southall, a father of two and resident of Arlington Heights, joined OMNI in 1989. He then joined the board, serving on the Marketing and Development Committee; the Board of Ambassadors; and the Executive and Long Range Planning committees.

“I originally got involved in OMNI as a way to make a difference in the community by helping to strengthen the youth,” said Southall, general manager of Wood Dale-based ITW Brands. “(The staff’s) dedication and commitment have been a powerful motivation for me to do what I can to help them be successful.’
