The Plan Commission voted this week to recommend that an indoor amusement park for children open at North Avenue and Bloomingdale Road on the condition that the backgrounds of all employees are screened.
The board of trustees will take up the recommendation at its Aug. 6 committee of the whole meeting.
Jeepers plans to open the amusement park and family-oriented restaurant later this year at Concord Greene Shopping Center.
