Consultants have been invited to present their ideas on development of the Kane County storm water ordinance and technical manual during a meeting at noon Tuesday of the county’s Stormwater Management Planning Technical Advisory Committee.

Creation of the county’s first standardized storm water-management ordinance was among the recommendations included in the draft storm water-management plan released in May.

The committee’s recommendation will be reviewed by the full Stormwater Management Planning Committee during its meeting at noon Thursday.

Both meetings will be in the Kane County Government Center, 719 Batavia Ave., Geneva.
