A builder who wants to reduce his off-site improvements and defer some fee payments will have to take the matter up with the New Lenox Village Board, planning commissioners said at a recent meeting.

The Plan Commission recommended approval of the annexation agreement and preliminary layout for the site of Bruce Rackouski’s proposed Palmer Ranch subdivision but said questions of road improvements and finances must be negotiated with trustees.
