Perennial Emmy loser Susan Lucci on Wednesday received her 18th Daytime Emmy Award nomination as best soap opera actress for “All My Children.” To get the win, she will have to beat nominees Eileen Davidson (“Days of Our Lives”), Jacklyn Zeman (“General Hospital”), Cynthia Watros and Kim Zimmer, both of “Guiding Light.”

“The Oprah Winfrey Show,” competing for its fifth consecutive Emmy as best talk show, is up against “The Rosie O’Donnell Show,” “Leeza,” “Live with Regis and Kathie Lee” and “The View.” The soap opera best actor nominees were: David Canary of “All My Children,” Anthony Geary of “General Hospital,” Kin Shriner of “Port Charles,” and Eric Braeden and Peter Bergman, both of “The Young and the Restless.” “All My Children,” “Days of Our Lives,” “General Hospital” and “The Young and the Restless” are up for best daytime drama. Awards will be given out May 15.
