The residences range in price from $164,900 to $194,900 and in size from 1,671 to 2,503 square feet. They have three or four bedrooms.
All the homes will have vinyl siding in a variety of colors. Four of the five designs will offer 2 1/2-car garages as standard.
The land plan calls for construction of 729 homes, 352 of them by Town & Country, and the rest by other builders.
The 357-acre site will include a 26-acre park, 34-acre recreational lake, 29-acre wetland, 16-acre future school site and two-acre municipal site.
Fitch said three decorated models will be built, and the first move-ins are expected this summer. A sales trailer is now open.
Cornerstone Lakes is on Smith Road, about a mile north of North Avenue, in West Chicago.
