SITCOM ABOUT AD EXEC IS SELLECK’S CAMPAIGN

Tom Selleck was on hand Monday when CBS previewed his new sitcom at the Television Critics Association’s press tour. “The Closer,” which will launch a week after the Winter Olympics, is expected to join CBS’ Monday lineup. Selleck plays an advertising executive forced to start over after a series of professional miscues.
