DOGS GET A JUMP ON THE HOLIDAY

On a weekend normally associated with turkey, the dogs will converge on the Odeum Sports and Exposition Center in Villa Park Saturday and Sunday for the Pup-Peroni Agility Classic. In dog agility, handlers direct their pooches through an obstacle course that includes see saws, tires and tunnels (but alas, no fire hydrants). The object is to score the fastest times with the least mistakes. Tickets available at the Odeum box office, $5 for adults, children 12 and under and seniors free. Show runs from 8:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. Call 630-941-9292.
