Although the three proposals were similar, the business park at Weber Road and Interstate Highway 355 is home to a wide variety of businesses, Community Development Director Greg Anderson said.

“We have a good mix here in the Windham Lakes business area,” Anderson said, noting that tenants included a roofers’ apprentice training center, restaurants and a medical center, as well as firms specializing in lighting design, electrical engineering and pipe repair.
In a related matter, Mayor Fred Dewald said he was concerned that some proposals were not fully documented and recommended holding up future presentations until all the paperwork is complete.
