Authorities are awaiting the results of toxicology tests on the body of an 18-year-old Arlington Heights man found slumped over the wheel of his car Tuesday night.

A passerby found the body of James Schmidt, 15 N. Reuter Drive, in his 1985 Mercury Marquis in the 300 block of North Salem Avenue, at 7:40 p.m., according to police. Schmidt was pronounced dead a short time later.

. The toxicology report could take several weeks, police said.
