During interviews for the new police-drama “Cop Land,” Sylvester Stallone encountered reporters effusive in praise of his performance. But many in the media seemed less interested in the film than issues such as how he proposed to his wife, Jennifer Flavin, and whether he sings to their new baby (“She doesn’t like my voice. Sounds like a foghorn”).
Stallone downplayed doing “Rambo IV,” despite the fact Miramax bought rights to a sequel. “I told (producer) Harvey (Weinstein) that he’d have to come up with an incredible script,” he said, with a laugh. “The first movie was based on a novel and had some bones on it.”
