The Commodity Futures Trading Commission said it took disciplinary action against two futures trading companies owned by Archer Daniels Midland Co. in connection with ADM’s admitted guilt in an international conspiracy to fix the prices of two feed additives–lysine and citric acid. The CFTC said Chicago-based ADM Investors Services Inc. and Minneapolis-based Benson-Quinn Commodities Inc. will be prohibited from employing any person involved with ADM’s criminal conduct.
