The seven are charged with the March 13 abduction of restaurateur Nick Kritikos, 59, from a Melrose Park restaurant.

He was driven to a Hampshire farm that belongs to one of the suspects, where he was repeatedly beaten for 11 days, police said.

The 15-count indictment, which includes charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery and armed violence, was returned Monday by a Cook County grand jury, said state’s attorney spokeswoman Marci O’Boyle.

Charged and in custody are Chris Broches, 40, 9 Hawthorn Lane, Hampshire; Andreas Pleasias, 25, 1212 King Circle Drive, West Chicago; Margaret Ward, 37, 1485 Canfor Cliffs, Mt.
