A building firm that has specialized for almost 50 years in constructing single-family homes in the south and southwest suburbs has added townhouses to its product line.
Gallagher & Henry, based in Countryside, plans to open four decorated models in mid-May at Mansfield Coourt, its new townhouse development planned for 164 units in Tinley Park.
Buyers can choose among seven different floor plans with one- or two-car garages. Priced from $135,900 to $183,600, the designs offer from 1,544 to 2,165 square feet of living area and two, three or four bedrooms.
Standard features include brick and aluminium exteriors, patios, basements and central air conditioning.
The decorated models are all two stories.
They include the two-bedroom Austin, priced from $135,900; the two-bedroom Brookfield, $140,900; the three-bedroom Concord, $141,900; and the three-bedroom Drake, $147,900.
A ranch plan also is available.
Until the models open at Mansfield Court, identical townhouses can be viewed at Spring Creek, located on Wolf Road, three blocks north of 143rd Street in Orland Park.
