Illinois Department on Aging Director Maralee Lindley will discuss choices for senior care at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Nichols Library.
The discussion, which is free to the public, is sponsored by state Rep. Mary Lou Cowlishaw’s (R-Naperville) Senior Citizens Advisory Committee.
“People have to learn about alternatives to nursing home care,” Cowlishaw said.
The discussion is geared toward seniors, those who care for seniors and those responsible for choosing their care.
