VENTURE TO BUILD PLANT IN ILLINOIS

Trim Masters Inc. plans to build a factory in Lawrenceville, Ill., to supply seat systems for Toyota trucks assembled in Indiana. Trim Masters of Plymouth, Mich., is a joint venture of Johnson Controls Inc., Araco Corp. and Toyota Tsusho America Inc.
