A woman and her son are accused of hiring two boys to shoot out the windows of a property manager’s car after the manager had them evicted from their condominium.

Beverly Rivecco, 48, of 2312 Algonquin Rd., and her son, Andre Rivecco, 25, were charged with contributing to the criminal delinquency of a juvenile and criminal damage to property. The mother is in Cook County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond, and the son is in DuPage County Jail for violating his probation.
The manager evicted them Aug. 23 for allegedly not paying the assessment fees on the condominium while Andre Rivecco was serving time for auto theft.
The two boys, both 13, are expected to be petitioned into juvenile court, police said.
