A Chicago company will erect an office building on a 9-acre site next to Westmont High School.
Draper and Kramer officials said they plan to build a 140,000-square-foot office building on a parcel on Oakmont Circle, which will be west of Oakmont Lane near Pasquinelli Drive. The three-story building would abut Westmont High and the Oakwood subdivision and provide parking for more than 650 vehicles, officials said.

While some residents worry that the building will be too large, it is significantly smaller than the four buildings totaling 444,000-square-foot that were originally planned, Alice Rebechini, director of development services for Draper and Kramer, said last week.
