Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

“Gex” is a great game-in fact, it’s a total laugh riot. The title character is a gecko lizard who used to spend most of his time watching TV until he got sucked inside one by an evil lizzy.

Now Gex must escape TV land so he can return home. He’s gonna have to brave the creepy Graveyard World, the wacky Cartoon World, the chest thumpin’ Jungle World, that chop-happy Kung Fu World and Rez’s Nerve Center.

In your quest, you’ll use your tail to whack evildoers, your tongue to slurp up power-ups and your uncanny ability of wall crawling to thwart Rez and take your rightful place as “King of the Couch Potatoes.”

The graphics are upbeat and very realistic. The wisecracks that Gex spews out are zany, and the sound is groovy. “Gex” rocks, so check it out. It is available on the Sega Saturn and Sony PlayStation and costs around 45 bucks.
