Two campgrounds closed by spring and summer storm damage have reopened, said Jack Cook, Kane County Forest Preserve District president.
Bliss Woods in Sugar Grove Township was flooded last month, and Buffalo Park Campground near Algonquin had been closed since mid-May because of damage.
