LOS ANGELES–Playboy parties saluting a celebrity or model featured in the magazine are rarely open to the public. Tuesday night, anyone with access to the World Wide Web or America Online can “meet” the stars of the “Woman of the Internet” issue. Parties will be transmitted from New York and Los Angeles after Hugh Hefner’s first on-line chat from the L.A. Playboy Mansion at 7 p.m.
