Rich East sectional: Bloom (20-7) downed Tinley Park 65-43 as Keesha Humphrey had 19 points and seven rebounds and Roslyn Turner had 15 points and five steals. Only eight fouls were called the entire game. Erika Phillips hit six three-pointers en route to 23 points for Tinley Park (3-22).

Shavonna Hunter scored 19 and Candis Blankson, 10 as Hillcrest (22-4) smoked Rich Central 51-35.

Rich South (17-9) eliminated Marian Catholic 50-41 as Portery Scott netted 18 points.

Erin Watterson poured in 26 points and Kristine Kooy added 21 points and 19 rebounds as Thornton Fractional South (14-9) beat Thornton Fractional North 61-52.

Oswego sectional: No. 16 Morris (25-0) advanced with a 66-45 win over Illinois Math & Science Academy as Ryan Heapp scored 16 points and Erin Murphy 12.

Kelly Donnelly scored 17 of her 19 points in the first half as Lincoln-Way (14-12) used a 14-2 first-quarter run in its 63-34 win over Bolingbrook (8-17).

Joliet Catholic edged Bradley 47-44 in overtime as Jill VanMeter (10 points) hit a big basket late and Megan Serena and Emily Marino each scored 13 points.

Takema White’s 13 points helped Kankakee (17-8) defeat Lemont 42-25.

St. Ignatius sectional: Michelle Shaughnessy had 15 points and nine rebounds and Maureen McManaman added 17 points and nine rebounds as St. Ignatius (18-9) drilled Eisenhower 62-25. LaTonya McMorris’ 14 points led Eisenhower (6-20).

“If we have that kind of letdown one more time, it’s over,” said St. Ignatius coach Tom McKenna.

Stagg (19-8) advanced, downing Riverside-Brookfield 59-22 behind Abby Booth’s 24 points.

Ann Mullins scored 21 points on seven three-pointers as Sandburg (24-4) cruised to a 65-38 win over Argo.

Marie Strejc scored 25 points as Reavis (21-4) edged Shepard 45-42.

Public League playoffs: In first-round action, No. 14 Young (21-6) hammered Harper 120-34 as Clarissa Flores scored 30 points and Natasha Pointer, 29. . . . Stephanie Robinson scored 21 points as Crane (10-14) rallied to edge Gage Park 69-67. Latavia Davis’ 22 points led Crane. Melissa Richards’ 19 points led Gage Park.

Chicago Christian regional: Jenny Wiecherijes, Julie Erffmeyer and Patty Voss scored 10 points apiece as Chicago Christian (17-5) drilled Luther South 62-21.
