Police said Wednesday afternoon that a 37-year-old Woodridge man was killed when his car crashed into a parked truck on Ogden Avenue.
Construction worker Bradley Ahlgren apparently died on impact early Tuesday after his westbound 1982 Honda Accord hit the rear of a semi-tractor trailer parked in the westbound lanes of Ogden near Washington Street in Downers Grove, authorities said.
Officials said the driver of the Canadian-registered truck had left the vehicle’s emergency lights flashing while he asked for directions at a gasoline station. The truck driver, John Keffer, was ticketed for illegal parking.
