SCHOOL WORK TO BE ON TIME-GUARANTEED

School officials don’t want any delays (like they had at Devonshire Elementary School), so they are hiring a construction management firm to oversee renovations at Brentwood Elementary School and Grove Junior High School. The guarantee will cost $141,200, plus a $40,000 incentive for completing on time.
