Stoneridge Development Co. has launched preconstruction sales at its second Chicago-area townhouse community, the Oaks at Fox Hill in Yorkville, the county seat of Kendall County, about eight miles southwest of Aurora.

Planned are 168 California-style townhouses similar in design to those at Highland Glen, Stoneridge’s development in Algonquin.
