The salesman told police that as he sat in his parked car Friday night at the International Plaza Mall, 665 Pasquinelli Drive, a man with a 6-inch knife demanded his car keys.
Witnesses said the attacker smashed the driver’s-side window and grabbed the keys out of the ignition. Witnesses said the attacker opened the car trunk and signaled two nearby men to join him.
The salesmen said the three men removed several cases of jewelry before leaving in a tan-colored four door sedan with no license plates. They sped west on Ogden Avenue, witnesses told police.
Anyone with information about the theft is urged to call police at 968-2151.
