Talk about a big day: How about Harry Caray and Ryne Sandberg coming back to Wrigley Field the same afternoon?
That’s probably what will happen Friday, July 22, when the Cubs play host to the Cincinnati Reds.
Sandberg will be on hand for ceremonies inducting him and three others into the Walk of Fame outside Wrigley Field.

Caray should be back, too, to broadcast his first game at Wrigley since he fell in the heat June 23 at Joe Robbie Stadium in Miami.
The last home game Caray broadcast was June 12, which, coincidentally, was the day Sandberg played his last game for the Cubs.
Caray was hospitalized for two weeks after he collapsed in Miami, but he was released Thursday from Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
The earliest Caray could return would be after the All-Star break when the Cubs open a six-game road trip in Cincinnati.
Caray, 74, was treated for an irregular heartbeat discovered after he collapsed.
“He’s improved a lot from the medication he’s been receiving . . . and he is expected to return to work with little or no restrictions,” said hospital spokesman Dan Parker.
Nice company: Joining Sandberg being inducted to the Walk of Fame this year are former shortstop Don Kessinger, former third baseman Stan Hack and Hall-of-Fame legend Cap Anson. The Walk of Fame was started in 1992, with four members being inducted annually. The first class was Ernie Banks, Fergie Jenkins, Ron Santo and Billy Williams. Last year, Jack Brickhouse, Harry Caray, Phil Cavarretta and Hack Wilson were added.
On the mend: Shortstop Shawon Dunston sat out again, as expected, still nursing a tender back. He strained it trying to score all the way from second base on a wild pitch Monday. He may be ready to play Friday afternoon.
