A public hearing has been scheduled for June 21 for the proposed annexation of more than 83 acres for a residential development.
Owner Robert Vehe wishes to sell the remainder of his 320 acres for the completion of an 865-home development, called Willoughby Farms, at County Line and Sleepy Hollow Roads.
Vehe has been slowly selling his land for the development, said Larry Johannesen, senior vice president of Kimball Hill Inc., the developer.
