Residents at Paradise Bay mobile home park are now its owners. The renamed Paradise Bay Estates was bought by park residents for just under $15 million.
Former owner Ray Bobier put the park on the market last October and Paradise Bay residents raised $4.7 million for the down payment. Florida law gives tenants the first shot at buying the parks they live in.
