Roseanne Arnold can’t escape controversy, even when she’s nowhere to be seen. On Sunday, Arnold was to have debuted her collection of plus-size women’s clothing at the Metronome restaurant in New York. But Sunday came and went-with no Roseanne and no clothes.
On Friday a California judge issued a restraining order preventing Celebsales from showing the collection. Celebsales president Stanley Warner blamed the botched deal on Arnold’s reputation, saying retailers simply wouldn’t touch anything associated with her.
