Three men were in custody Sunday for allegedly shooting a 28-year-old man to death after he tried to trade a Nintendo video game for some cocaine.

Robert Favia was shot once in the back at 1:47 a.m. Saturday after the drug deal went awry, Lake County Coroner Barbara Richardson said. He was pronounced dead at 3:12 a.m. Saturday at St. Therese Medical Center in Waukegan, she said.

Three men were arrested and charged with the murder, including a 15-year-old boy, Richardson said, although their identities were not available. North Chicago police provided no details on the slaying Sunday.

Richardson said she did not know where Favia lived, but that his father was from Chicago. No further details were available.
