Village officials have reached a tentative two-year contract with union employees in the Public Works Department.
The agreement, which would take effect in January, calls for 4 percent wage increase in 1995 and ’96 for the 35 members of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local 909, but also requires employee health insurance contributions.
