Sara A. Polito, of the 1600 block of Kirby Court, Naperville, died from injuries sustained in a three-car crash at 7:24 p.m. at Illinois Highway 59 and 91st Street in Naperville, according to police.
Police said Polito was driving north on Illinois 59 and apparently lost control of her car, colliding with a southbound automobile driven by 52-year-old Maria Alman, also of Naperville.
A third vehicle, driven by Frederick A. Gallatz of Niles, then struck Alman’s car from behind.
Alman was taken to Edward Hospital where she was listed in good condition Sunday. Gallatz was not injured.
