Crystal Lake Central 67, Lake Zurich 51: Erik Ingbretson scored 16 points and Tom Liabo and Dan Matlak had 15 each to lead Crystal Lake Central (8-10, 6-4) in the Fox Valley. Derek Touchette had 16 points for Lake Zurich (7-10, 4-6).
Libertyville 74, Antioch 54: Matt Heldman scored 24 points and helped spark a 16-2 run in the second quarter as Libertyville (12-7, 6-4) notched the North Suburban victory at Antioch. Eric Eckenstahler scored 16 points and Adam Becker had 15 to lead Antioch (4-15, 0-10).
Johnsburg 58, Round Lake 47: Erick Peterson pumped in 18 points and Jason Miller added 16 as Johnsburg (9-8, 6-4) notched the Northwest Suburban victory.
Cary-Grove 67, Woodstock 54: Brad Steele (22 points) and Paul Vandeven (20 points) led Cary-Grove (11-8, 5-5) in the Fox Valley.
Wheeling 56, Palatine 32: Mark Samuels netted 21 points as Wheeling (6-12, 3-3) pounded Palatine (5-14, 2-4) in the Mid-Suburban North.
Streamwood 57, Larkin 49: Darrick Loving scored 29 points and John Wray added 17 as Streamwood (5-12, 2-8) prevailed in the Upstate Eight.
Wauconda 64, Grant 59: Jeff Schmitz scored 14 points for Wauconda (3-14, 1-8) in the Northwest Suburban.
