A $37,500 settlement has been reached with a Gurnee manufacturer over air emission violations, Atty. Gen. Roland W. Burris announced.
PPG/Mazer Chemicals Inc. agreed to the settlement as part of a civil penalty resolving a complaint that had been filed with the Illinois Pollution Control Board last December.
